I'm interested to sell my 45 sqm 2 bedroom condo unit in Avida Towers New Manila. I have made some improvements to my unit such as: installed modular kitchen, high grade laminate flooring, re-tiled T&B, replaced panel doors, added electrical outlets. I am selling it at 1.8M, plus assume balance thru BPI family bank at 1.75M.

Avida Towers New Manila is currently constructing tower 4 of its 5 towers. My unit is in tower 2, which was just turned over to me last May 2009. I believe its current price, for their standard turn-over unit is already 3.6M.
